目前國內(nei)無紙面(mian)石膏板(ban)生(sheng)(sheng)產線的自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度還未實現(xian),現(xian)處于手動(dong)和(he)半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)水平,受自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)水平的限制(zhi),國內(nei)的無紙面(mian)石膏板(ban)的質量(liang)和(he)產量(liang)均不能滿足(zu)市場(chang)的需(xu)求(qiu);為(wei)了解決以上(shang)(shang)存在的問(wen)題,本設(she)備(bei)提供了一套自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong);其(qi)所采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的方案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)、配料工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)、成型工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)、切斷工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)、橫向輸送(song)工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)、烘干工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)之間通(tong)過(guo)(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡系統(tong)環網(wang)(wang)連(lian)接,構成控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡層;各(ge)工(gong)(gong)作站(zhan)通(tong)過(guo)(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)、變頻器連(lian)接,構成現(xian)場(chang)網(wang)(wang)絡層;生(sheng)(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)西門子 S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)(yong)西門子 ET-200S,人機(ji)界面(mian) HMI 為(wei)西門子 WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)和(he)上(shang)(shang)位控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心 SCADA 通(tong)過(guo)(guo)冗(rong)余工(gong)(gong)業以太網(wang)(wang)相連(lian),從而(er)實現(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)的集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)實時數據統(tong)一管(guan)理(li)。設(she)備(bei)級(變頻器、分布式 I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)現(xian)場(chang)總線通(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)主要(yao)包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作員站(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)各(ge)類檢測元(yuan)件。
