目前(qian)國(guo)內無(wu)紙面石膏(gao)(gao)板(ban)生產(chan)線(xian)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度還未實現(xian),現(xian)處于手動(dong)(dong)和(he)半自(zi)動(dong)(dong)水平,受自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)水平的(de)限制,國(guo)內的(de)無(wu)紙面石膏(gao)(gao)板(ban)的(de)質量和(he)產(chan)量均不能滿足市場(chang)的(de)需求;為(wei)了解決(jue)以(yi)上存在的(de)問題,本(ben)設(she)備(bei)提供了一套自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong);其所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)方案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)包括中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制室(shi)、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、配料工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、成型工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、切(qie)斷工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、橫(heng)向輸送工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)(ge)個工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間(jian)通(tong)(tong)過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡(luo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)環網(wang)連(lian)接(jie),構成控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制網(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);各(ge)(ge)工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)(tong)過(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制設(she)備(bei)、變頻器連(lian)接(jie),構成現(xian)場(chang)網(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制采(cai)用(yong)分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong), CPU 模塊選用(yong)西門(men)子(zi) S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西門(men)子(zi) ET-200S,人機界面 HMI 為(wei)西門(men)子(zi) WinCC。各(ge)(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制中(zhong)(zhong)心 SCADA 通(tong)(tong)過(guo)冗余工(gong)業以(yi)太網(wang)相(xiang)連(lian),從而實現(xian)生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)集中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制和(he)實時數據(ju)統(tong)一管理。設(she)備(bei)級(變頻器、分布(bu)式 I/O 等(deng))采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場(chang)總線(xian)通(tong)(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制設(she)備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制柜、SCADA 操(cao)作員站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)檢(jian)測元(yuan)件。
